You have the option to set your goals independently or seek advice from the app. In the latter case, the app will consider your suggested Body Mass Index (BMI) and calculate a potential weight and achievable date to reach it (Note: this does not replace professional medical advice). If you're on a diet, the app can also help you gather data to share with your nutritionist or dietitian.

In addition to weight tracking, this app allows you to associate your blood pressure and notes with each measured weight. Furthermore, you have the flexibility to track multiple profiles or use separate profiles for different goals.
